First Thursdays in Santa Barbara are kind of a big deal. The whole town gets in on the Local Arts' Community, coming out to support and socialize with like-minded people while looking at creative and beautiful exhibits. My good friends Lindsey Ross and Nelson Parrish collaborated on a show at SBCast. Lindsey is a photographer, specializing in Tin-Type. Nelson creates very profound wooden/resin sculptures called flitches. Their collaboration "Slow Hands" was one of the most beautiful shows I have ever been to.
